Keith Lowry, LPC
Co-Owner & Therapist/Licensed Professional Counselor
Keith Lowry is a Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), who has over 25 years of practice working in the mental health field. In addition to work in a private practice setting, Keith's vocational experience includes adolescent residential treatment and foster care, individual and group counseling, local youth outreach positions, supervisory staff positions, and in various additional training capacities. Keith Lowry is a Chesapeake, Virginia native. He holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Liberty University and a Masters in Counseling from Regent University.
Keith and Dr. Noelle Lowry have been married for over 29 years, have five children, and are newly grandparents. They enjoy spending time with family and friends. While Keith likes outdoor activities and all things sport-related, Dr. Noelle especially enjoys the beach.

Dr. Noelle Lowry, Ph.D., LCP, LPC
Co-Owner, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, & Licensed Professional Counselor
Dr. Noelle Lowry is dually licensed; she is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Dr. Lowry performs Psychological Evaluations or Psychological Testing and Assessments for various reasons and has extensive background in psychotherapeutic treatment. In addition to a private practice setting, Dr. Lowry's professional experience includes work with in-patient and in-home treatment centers. She has taught as an Adjunct Psychology Instructor at a local community college. She has extensive background in training and supervision of post-doctoral students, doctoral students, and masters level counseling students through practicum, internship, and residency programs. She is a Virginia Board Approved Supervisor for Residents in Counseling on their way to becoming LPC's. Dr. Lowry holds a Bachelors in Psychology from Taylor University, a Masters in Counseling from Regent University, a Masters in Psychology from Walden University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology from Walden University.

Yaraliz Rodriguez, LPC
Therapist/Licensed Professional Counselor
Yaraliz Rodriguez is a Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor here in Virginia. She has experience with individual counseling as well as co-counseling groups comprised of children, teens, and adults. Yaraliz completed a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Purdue University Global and a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Yaraliz believes in the benefits of counseling and strives to help improve clients' lives through understanding and compassion.Yaraliz strives to engage with clients in a nonjudgmental way and believes that everyone deserves to have a safe space to share thoughts and feelings. Yaraliz enjoys working with adults and especially with children through play and artistic expression. Yaraliz is familiar with several modalities of therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has experience working with many issues to include abuse, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, "Adulting", parenting and co-parenting, Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, and many more. She offers weekly and bi-weekly appointments. Yaraliz is a mother of four and she enjoys drawing, painting, baking, cooking, and watching horror movies and other shows with her husband.

Eunjoo Lee-Choi
Therapist/Licensed Professional Counselor
Bilingual in English and Korean, Eunjoo Lee-Choi is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Virginia. She has experience with individual counseling as well as co-counseling groups comprised of children, teens, and adults. Eunjoo completed a Bachelors Degree in Health Science with concentrations in Disabilities Studies and Human Development at Stony Brook University. She completed a Masters of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Alliance University. She is familiar with
several modalities of therapy to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specifically Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has experience working with clients struggling with issues of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Eunjoo holds the fundamental belief that every individual carries a unique and significant story. Her approach recognizes the diversity of counseling goals, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client. Eunjoo enjoys being outside and in nature, watching K-dramas, collecting vinyl’s, listening to music, and exploring new cafes with her husband.

Isaac Choi, LPC
Therapist/Licensed Professional Counselor
Isaac Choi is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia; he is bilingual, speaking both English and Korean. Isaac has graduated from Alliance University (Nyack College). He has a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - Bible and Pastoral, and he holds a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Isaac’s life theme is to trust the process and believe that all things happen for a good reason. Isaac enjoys helping others through counseling and believes counseling can be a life-changing process. Isaac’s scope of practice includes the use of counseling skills and interventions to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and other methods. To name a few, Isaac’s interests include collecting miniature life photos of nature and small still life, looking at flowers, visiting cafés, traveling, watching K-drama, listening to Korean indie songs, and watching endless Instagram Reels with his wife.

Brandi Albright, LPC
Therapist/Licensed Professional Counselor
Brandi Albright is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia with a specialty in working with individuals who have experienced significant trauma of various forms. While Brandi sees individuals and facilitates group therapy sessions for many reasons, Brandi’s professional interests include a passion for helping others recover and heal from trauma-related
difficulties, unhealthy or toxic relationship dynamics, and divorce. Brandi’s approach to therapy is based on the foundations of Interpersonal Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); she has advanced training in these areas. She works with a wide variety of clients to include children [ages 12 and up], adolescents, and adults. Brandi is currently a student at Liberty University, pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Community Care and Counseling – Traumatology. Brandi holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Brandi graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with minors in Business Administration and Criminal Justice. When not working, Brandi can be found spending time with her two children, dog, and friends. She especially enjoys outdoor activities, reading fiction, preparing new recipes, and traveling.

Ashley Claud
Executive Assistant and Receptionist (EAR)
Ashley has been employed in the medical field for over 19 years to include certifications and licensures as a Mental Health Technician, Certified Nurse’s Assistant, and Medication Technician. She has worked in Lead and Supervisory positions at rehabilitation facilities to include geriatrics as well as dialysis, local hospitals, a community services board, and at a corrections facility. In her leisure, Ashley enjoys music, dancing, traveling abroad, cruising, spending time with her 3 children, and attending her children’s year around sporting events. “They keep me busy and keep me young!”
